By using stepfit.tech and ordering from us, you agree to these terms. We've kept them plain — no fine print games.
1. Who we are
STEPFIT is operated by 北京阶跃量化科技有限公司. References to "we", "our" and "STEPFIT" refer to this company. Reach us at jyjy0506@163.com.
2. Orders & pricing
- All prices are in US dollars unless noted otherwise. Taxes and duties are estimated at checkout.
- An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email. We may cancel orders due to stock issues or pricing errors — in which case we refund in full.
- Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
3. Shipping
We ship worldwide, tracked & insured. Standard delivery is 3-7 business days in the US and EU, 5-10 days elsewhere. Free standard shipping on orders over $199. Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility outside the US.
4. Returns
You can return any product in original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — we cover the return shipping. To start a return, email us with your order number.
Damaged or defective items: contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund.
5. Warranty
All STEPFIT-branded hardware ships with a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Apple Watch products carry Apple's standard warranty (typically 1 year). Wear and tear, water damage outside rated depth, and accidental damage are not covered.
6. Intellectual property
All content on stepfit.tech — text, images, logos, software — is owned by STEPFIT or used with permission. Don't copy it for commercial use without asking.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use the site to: try to break into our systems, scrape product data for resale, post unlawful content, or impersonate someone else. We reserve the right to refuse service.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, STEPFIT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the related order.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Beijing, unless a mandatory local consumer-protection law says otherwise.
10. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
